The IPPT Scoring Table for Women is the official age-based chart used to convert push-up repetitions, sit-up repetitions, and 2.4km run timings into points under Singapore’s Individual Physical Proficiency Test. This IPPT table shows how each station contributes to the total score using the standard scoring allocation system. Before using this chart, ensure you meet the IPPT eligibility requirements – only eligible servicewomen and full-time national servicewomen (NSF) are required to attempt the test.

Each station contributes to the overall score, with a minimum of 1 point required per station and 51 total points needed to pass. Award classifications are determined by total score bands across age categories.

Match your sit-up repetitions to your age column.

Note: You must score at least 1 point in each station to pass. A total of 51 points is required to pass the IPPT. Check your score using IPPT Calculator
